Pipe Fiber Laser Cutting Machine Cutting Problem

At present, there are problems in the process of pipe cutting with fiber laser cutting machine ,such as:the cutting point burned, corner burned, pipe surface tilt,circular deformation or cutting  graphics the can not be closed, which is waste for the metal tube industry.


When pipe fiber laser cutting machine process the metal pipe (especially for small diameter pipe), the slag attached to the pipe wall, the heat generated by the workpiece absorption,when the fiber laser machine cut metal for long time,which resulting in pipe overheating,burned the corner and square tube, seriously affecting the quality of incision, or even unable to cut.
How to deal with the problem?
We can do like this below:
1, increase the oxygen pressure.
2, improve the sharp angle synthesis speed with the software.
3, Install sensing servo system  in the laser head ,then cutting effect does not affect the workpiece surface changes.
