LM2513G fiber laser cutting machine

LM2513G fiber laser cutting machine  is one of the fiber laser cutting machine model. It is stable, cutting effect is very good. The working area is 2500mm*1300mm. LM2513G can equiped with 500w, 750w, 1000w, 1200w, 1500w low-medium laser resource. It can cut carbon steel thickness from 1mm-16mm, stainless steel thickness from 1mm-6mm, brass thickness from 1mm-4mm.


 LM2513G metal laser cutting machine  adopt professional Fuji servo moto and drivers. The guide rail is Taiwan famous brand Hiwind. Rack is Germany famous brand Herion. It can keep the machine performing stable. The important part- laser source is Chinese famous brand- Raycurs laser source. Raycurs laser source can provide better laser light that can make sure the cutting effects. In order to cut more precise, LM2513G choose Fuji servo motor and drivers. The cutting position is very precise. Table axial positioning accuracy can reach ≤±0.03mm/m and table repated positioning accurancy is ≤±0.02mm/m. The max no-load running speed can reach 120m/min. It does not only have high speed quality but also have high dynamics. High position accurancy is an important fact in good laser cutting.

Because the heat may effect cutting performing so LM2513G has laser water chilling machine. It can easily control the temperature of fiber laser machine through the circulation of water cooling that make the laser device work properly. According to different materials, ensure cutting effect, LM2513G has different gas interface to blow O₂and N2. For example, we use O₂to cut carbon steel and N2 to cut stainless steel.
