How to Adjust Precision of Fiber Laser Cutting Machine

After long time using fiber laser cutting machine ,there will some cutting accuracy error which is caused by change of focal length.
The method of adjust of focal lenth of fiber laser cutting machine:

1. Adjust focus laser spot to a minimum,then burst,and establish initial effect, by the size of the spot to determine the effect of focal length position,thenlook for the minium spot,which is the best location processing for focal length, and then begin to work.
2.Debugging the fiber laser cutting machine ,we can use the debuggjing paper and burst then find the positon of focus. With up and down of laser head , the laser spot size is different.Try many times and will find the best location of focal length and laser head.

3 After installation of fiber laser cutting machine,there is a scribing device equipped with laser head .Built with a diameter of 1m circle, draw diagonal corners respectively, after the draw, with the measurement tool is not the draw circle and tangent to the four sides of the square. Square diagonal whether √2 (square root data obtained about: 1.41m), round the central axis side of the square should be split, and the axis of the two sides of the square to square on both sides of the intersection point of intersection distance should be 0.5m. Testing and diagonal distance between intersections, it can determine the precision cutting equipment.
