Equipment in place and installation

（1）According to the contract, our company will ship the fiber laser cutters free of charge within the specified time  to the user specified installation site, and send technical service engineers on-site installation.  The technical service engineers will use 3-5 days time to complete the installation and to ensure that the installation and commissioning site environment neat, clean and orderly

（2）Acceptance criteria

Machine performance indicators are according to the standard specifications of the machine acceptance, and the other standard agreed by the two sides.

Equipment debugging and training

Customers need to supply specific proper parameters needed,for our service engineers to debug the fiber laser machine rightly

We will conduct a two-day business training for the client's operator, including CYPCUT drawing operations, equipment operation, routine maintenance, troubleshooting, etc.

After-sale service

● free warranty for 2 years (protect lenses, nozzles and other wearing parts except), life-long maintenance.

● Warranty period from the date of acceptance of the calculation, in the warranty period, we will maintain free of charge

● After the warranty service: we can provide service after the warranty, the charges include the person cost and parts cost.
